Arizona Tea

What do you wish you could see, hear, read, or experience for the first time all over again?

This is a somewhat odd answer to this question, but I would like to experience Arizona Tea again. Arizona tea is 1$ tea that are sold virtually every gas station and stores. Right now, I practically drink a can of Arizona Tea every single day. Whether it is Half&Half, Ginger, or Fruit cocktail, I must have a can a day. It might sound like an addiction, but its healthier than most of the other things I’m addicted to in my life. If you haven’t had Arizona Tea, you should pick it up and try it, and it won’t leave you broke.
The first time I had Arizona Tea was during CTRL-Z World Championship in 2018. We stopped by a gas station in Michigan, and I was looking for a drink. Daniel Matatov introduced me to Arizona Tea: “Half n Half.” When I took a sip of it, I got instantly addicted. My addiction slowly got worse and worse as I started to bring gallons of Arizona Tea into class and finishing an entire jug of Arizona Tea.
However, the more Arizona Tea I drank, the more washed and blander the tea tasted. I just started to grow tired of the same taste. I even started to switch to other tea and other flavors of tea but even that started to start taste bland after a while. I want to return to the time when I was exploring different teas and genuinely enjoyed tea rather than drinking it as a filler drink.

  1. I always see you with either cans or a gallon of Arizona Tea, so it was really cool to learn some back story about why you liked Arizona Tea. And out of all the things to be addicted to, Arizona tea is relatively cheap and healthy, so it isn't the worst addiction to have. I can definitely relate to the feeling of your addiction (whether it be food or a hobby) becoming blander and blander and becomes a chore instead of something fun to do.

  2. Huh a lot of my friends have told me to try it so I'm not surprised you're a fan of it. I really like how you talk about how you were first introduced to the drink versus your experiences with it now. It's really interesting to see how your perspective changes over time.

  3. Hey, I was there during the first time you drank that. Although personally I've never drank it, I have heard of its quickly addictive qualities. Maybe one day you'll find a drink that'll give you a similar (if not same) experience as this one.

  4. I find it interesting how something as simple as Arizona tea can have this effect. Personally I haven't had Arizona tea, because I am just not a fan of tea in general. I like that you came up with an unexpected answer to this prompt.

  5. I too really enjoy Arizona Ice Tea, i must had certainly not as much. What always drew me towards it was the pink flower design on some of the cans. Although I do always find the taste to be more underwhelming than I would prefer it to be. I'm not sure if it's the same sort of sanario where my tongue has grown tired or maybe I created a false perception of what I wanted it to be.
